Eastern Iowa REC provides flexible bill payment options to make managing energy costs easy and convenient. Members can pay online through the SmartHub portal, set up Auto Pay for automatic monthly payments, or use Budget Billing to keep costs predictable. Payments can also be made by phone, mail, or at a kiosk at a local office or in person at the Wilton service center. With multiple secure options available, members can choose the method that best fits their needs while ensuring timely and hassle-free payments.

We make paying your bill much easier

Eastern Iowa REC offers multiple, convienient options to pay your bill. Choose from any of the options below.

  1. Use the payment kiosks located in the vestibules of each service center.
     
  2. Our E-bill option is available here.
     
  3. To pay by phone call: 1-855-938-3616.
     
  4. Set up an automatic payment plan that will pay your bill directly from your bank account.
     
  5. Pay your Eastern Iowa REC bill in cash through MoneyGram. Find a MoneyGram location anywhere across the country. Simply bring a cash payment, Eastern Iowa REC account number. Payment processes may vary depending on your location.
     
  6. Use our budget billing plan that spreads your electrical costs evenly throughout the year. You pay a fixed amount each month based on your past 12-month energy usage.
