Eastern Iowa REC offers convenient and secure ways for members to pay their bills. Payments can be made online through the SmartHub portal, by setting up Auto Pay for automatic deductions, or using Budget Billing for consistent monthly payments. Members can also pay by phone, mail, or in person at the kiosk at a local office or in-person at the Wilton service center. With multiple payment options, managing your energy bill is quick, easy, and hassle-free.

Many Options Are Available

At Eastern Iowa REC, you can pay your bill however you want. We work to provide you affordable, reliable, and safe electrical service. Giving you payment options is one way we do that! Choose from any of the options below..

  1. Use the payment kiosks located in the vestibules of each service center.
     
  2. Our E-bill option is available here.
     
  3. To pay by phone call: 1-855-938-3616.
     
  4. Set up an automatic payment plan that will pay your bill directly from your bank account.
     
  5. Pay your Eastern Iowa REC bill in cash through MoneyGram. Find a MoneyGram location anywhere across the country. Simply bring a cash payment, Eastern Iowa REC account number. Payment processes may vary depending on your location.
     
  6. Use our budget billing plan that spreads your electrical costs evenly throughout the year. You pay a fixed amount each month based on your past 12-month energy usage.
