About SmartHub

SmartHub^® is a tool that allows you to manage your accounts with mobile and Web apps fully integrated with Eastern Iowa REC's system. Use SmartHub^® to access your account, bill history, payment history, usage, pay your bill and sign up for important notifications. This member self-serve solution is designed for the Web and mobile devices to deliver account information, mobile payments and more in a secure environment.

Already an E-Bill user? 

1. Your current username and password will work with SmartHub
2. Your payment history and bill history will be available in SmartHub
3. Your stored Credit Cards and Bank accounts will be available in SmartHub
