- Set up an automatic payment plan that will pay your bill directly from your bank account.
- Pay your Eastern Iowa REC bill in cash through MoneyGram. Find a MoneyGram location anywhere across the country. Simply bring a cash payment, Eastern Iowa REC account number. Payment processes may vary depending on your location.
- Use our budget billing plan that spreads your electrical costs evenly throughout the year. You pay a fixed amount each month based on your past 12-month energy usage.
