Construction of a new facility of any kind involves thousands of decisions. Among those decisions is the need for electrical power for your new home.  Contact an Eastern Iowa REC member service specialist to arrange for electrical service to a new home: member.service@easterniowa.com.  Contact the Cooperative’s billing department if you are moving to an existing home and need to set up electric service: billing@easterniowa.com.  A Cooperative member service specialist can also help with a comprehensive marketing plan that includes rebates for heating and cooling equipment.
